Well-located retail properties primarily in urban high density areas.


Targeted Opportunities:

Re-tenanting or Value-Added opportunities Portfolios: Retail assets as part of a portfolio, concentrated or geographically diverse within a target market.


Transaction Structure:

Includes all cash purchases with no financing contingencies. Accelerated due diligence and closing time frames.


Geographic Preferences:

Markets in the Northeast including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, & Maryland. Will consider other markets located in high density areas.
