Q: Are there minimum quantities required on orders?
A: There are no minimums for in-stock items. Most custom orders have minimums as low as 24 pieces. Please use our contact form or email customer service at sales@arrowear.com for specific details.

Q: Can payments be made with a credit card? Do you offer Net 30 terms?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please request a credit application for Net 30 consideration.

Q: I have a sample garment that I need duplicated but I don't see it in your catalog...do you offer custom manufacturing?
A: Yes...we offer custom manufacturing! Please send us your sample (Attn: Customer Service) and we will provide you with a prompt price quote.

Q: I'm in need of a garment in a special color, not shown in your catalog. Can this be made as a special order?
A: Yes, most garments can be made to order with relatively low minimum order requirements. Please inquire at sales@arrowear.com.

Q: I would like to offer local schools different style garments in their school's specific color combinations. Can you help with this?
A: Our knowledgeable and experienced sales staff can assist you with developing a complete line of phys-ed apparel from youth XS to adult size 3X.

Q: I service a local school's phys-ed department. Can you supply screen printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc...by the major mills?
A: We can offer screen printed apparel from all of the major mills such as Jerzees, Hanes, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, etc. Let Arrowear be your one-stop shop for screenprinted fleece, t-shirts, jackets and many other school apparel items.

Q: I need to place an order for team uniforms. Do you offer screenprinted numbering?

Q: How can I get a price quote for embroidered emblems?
A: Pricing for emblems is a function of size, quantity and embroidery thread coverage. You can send us an existing emblem for a prompt price quote or you can email or fax us your artwork and we will be able to offer you an extremely competitive price.

Q: I need a braided short with a special combination (braid). Can this be done?
A: As a leader manufacturer of custom braided shorts, we can offer countless styles of braids from a simple solid 1" wide to a five color 2" braid. Q: I'm in need of a specific pair of shorts...in a special color and inseam, not pictured in your website or catalog. Can this be done?
A: Yes! Since all of our merchandise is made domestically in our own factories, we can customize any of our styles to meet your specific requirements. Pink mesh shorts in a 3" inseam?...Not a problem! Brown fleece shorts in a 10" inseam and Pro-Cut?...If you can imagine it, we can make it! Q: I'm in need of one of your styles in a very large quantity. Do you offer Large Volume Pricing?
A: Yes, we do offer volume pricing. Our price-breaks start at very easy to reach quantities and our largest discounts are at 600 pieces or more. We can "sharpen our pencils" even more if the order is 1,000 pieces or greater.

A: Overruns and discounted items are always available at drastic discounts.
